Shipping policy


Free shipping for orders over $200 applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States with the exception of remote locations. We can ship to the closest non-remote location for pickup. We define remote locations as any address which requires large fees for the last leg of shipping and can include but is not limited to, places without roads or requires boat travel.

Free shipping covers only products normally sold through and in the lot sizes available on the website. Special and custom orders do not apply. Lot sizes that are not available on the website do not apply.

We are not responsible for packages once we hand them over to the shipping company. We are not responsible for extra shipping charges due to items being returned by the shipper for any reason, including bad or incorrect address, non delivery, lost package, address not on carrier route, and carrier unable to locate your address. We ship by common carrier UPS, USPS and Freight. 

We make no guarantees about shipping times as they are controlled by the shipper. We do not provide refunds due to shipping delays, damage or for any other reason due to shipping problems.


If you contact us immediately we when the item is damaged in shipping or defective upon arrival, we will replace it at no charge.  Returns are at the sole discretion of Neversink Tools. We ask that you send the defective item back. In that case we will send you a return shipping label.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase and are at the sole discretion of Neversink Tools. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase price minus shipping. Shipping costs are determined by the amount either you paid at checkout or If the item shipped free then the amount we paid for shipping. That amount will be deducted from the purchase price. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Freight - Always inspect your delivery before unloading. Take pictures of any damage while it is on the truck and on the pallet. Note the damage on your shipping receipt that you give the driver. Do not reject the shipment as this will be considered a return and you will be responsible for freight charges. After completing all of those steps, contact us immediately. We will replace any broken items that were recorded on the driver shipping receipt.


On products which have extended warranties, we ask that you contact us with pictures and a description of the problem. If the situation is determined to fall under a warranty, we will provide a return label within the contiguous U.S. or where we originally shipped the item. You can use the label to ship the item(s) back to us and then we will send replacements. Warranties only apply to the original purchaser and claim approval is at the sole discretion of Neversink Tools. Warranties only apply to retail purchases from Neversink Tools. 
Warranties covering breakage of composite or plastic products only cover breaks or cracks which affect the function of the product  Warranty does not cover cosmetic matters like scratches or dents.
